Sales Representative

About the role

The Sales Representative will promote and sell PowerUp’s electric cooking appliances to residential and commercial customers in Kampala. You will work directly with prospects, demonstrate product features, and help them choose suitable payment options while meeting defined sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers through field sales, referrals, and activations.
• Conduct product demonstrations and clearly explain features, benefits, and payment options.
• Generate new leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into sales.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and follow‑ups.
• Participate in sales activations, exhibitions, and promotional events.
• Collect customer information accurately and ensure required documentation is completed.
• Provide regular market and customer feedback to the Sales Manager.

Required profile

• No prior experience required; entry‑level candidates are welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field and meet sales targets.
• Attention to detail for accurate record‑keeping.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
