Scaling Manager – Uganda

About the role

The Uganda Scaling Manager will lead the expansion of Parenting for Lifelong Health’s evidence‑based, blended‑digital parenting programme, ParentApp, across Uganda. Reporting to the Senior Programme Manager, you will work closely with government agencies, academic institutions and civil‑society partners to adapt the solution to the local context and build a sustainable delivery model.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the government‑led delivery architecture for ParentApp.
• Coordinate five work packages covering adaptation, rollout, monitoring, budgeting and partnership management.
• Supervise a team of two Scaling Associates and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Develop reach projections, track performance indicators and report progress to global scaling teams.
• Manage the project budget and oversee procurement and financial reporting.
• Facilitate collaboration with the National Parenting Agenda Consortium, Makere University and other local stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience scaling behavioural‑change or digital health interventions.
• Proven track record managing complex, multi‑partner projects in low‑resource settings.
• Experience working with government ministries, NGOs and academic partners.
• Based in Kampala and legally eligible to work in Uganda.
• Senior‑level professional with strong leadership and communication abilities.
