About the role
The Agency Training Executive supports the Senior Agency Training Officer in delivering training programmes and coordinating agency‑wide learning activities. This role ensures agents receive timely, relevant training and that training data is accurately captured and reported.
Key responsibilities
- Compile and implement Agency Teams meetings and conduct monthly training sessions.
- Maintain a database of agents, training activities, and portal usage.
- Coordinate information flow between trainer representatives and the training function.
- Organise weekly directorate meetings and conduct quarterly needs analyses.
- Draft monthly meeting schedules, design handouts, and run quarterly surveys to assess effectiveness.
- Support the Monthly Sales Congress, PRU Academy Level 1, and the Rookies Development Program.
- Deliver weekly Level 1 training for interns (4‑6 months) and track progress reports.
- Oversee communication from the Agency Training Department to eligible agents.
- Implement script‑based learning, conduct quarterly spot tests, and prepare weekly/monthly training reports.
Required profile
- Degree in any field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong team player with excellent people skills.
- Highly confidential, analytical, proactive and self‑driven.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
