Agricultural Marketing Manager

About the role

OFAGROS LIMITED is seeking a professional Agricultural Marketing Manager to lead and coordinate the company’s agricultural operations. The role involves developing strategies, supervising farm progress, and ensuring compliance while driving customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate and implement marketing strategies for agricultural products and services.
• Supervise farm activities, procure materials, and ensure compliance with standards.
• Maintain client relationships, research market trends, and secure repeat orders.
• Negotiate contracts, manage social media accounts, and organise promotional events.
• Recruit, train, and lead sales teams to achieve performance targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in agricultural extension services or related agricultural roles.
• Fluent in English and local languages (Luganda, Runyankore, Rukiga, Kiswahili, or others).
• Degree in Agri‑Business, Agricultural Management, or a related field.
• Ability to report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and travel to client farms as needed.
