Commission Sales Agent – Nakawa (Kampala)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Commission Sales Agent to join our team in Nakawa, Kampala. You will promote our trade finance solutions to businesses, helping them secure and streamline cross‑border transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients in the trade finance sector.
• Present product offerings, explain documentation requirements and close sales.
• Maintain a personal sales pipeline and follow up on leads.
• Record all client interactions accurately in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends and participate in regular training.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven sales experience with lead generation, negotiation and closing.
• Knowledge of insurance or financial products related to trade finance.
• Ability to learn complex products quickly and convey information clearly.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
• Integrity, goal‑orientation and the capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
