About the role
The Consultant role is a contract position based in Kampala with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on‑site collaboration and some work‑from‑home flexibility. You will analyze operational and business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend solutions to enhance service delivery and efficiency across telecom projects.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze operational and business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Gather and interpret data, preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Support project planning, execution, and coordination with cross‑functional teams.
- Coordinate with local and regional teams to align initiatives with strategic objectives.
- Ensure client requirements and service‑level agreements are consistently met.
Required profile
- Proven experience conducting joint legal and financial audits.
- Relevant professional certifications.
- Experience working with organizations in a consulting capacity.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work in cross‑functional and multicultural environments.
