About the role
SMARTEC ELECTRONICS LTD is hiring a Cooling Performance Judgment Operator in Kampala (Kamwokya). The role involves running cooling performance tests on products, judging whether they meet the product standard and keeping unqualified units out of the warehouse.
Key responsibilities
- Operate the test computer and run cooling performance tests.
- Read and interpret performance curve charts correctly.
- Make pass or fail decisions according to the product standard.
- Record test results accurately.
- Separate units that fail and report them to the Line Leader.
- Maintain quality control so that no unqualified product is released into the warehouse.
