About the role
The Corporate Sales Executive will be based on‑site in Kampala and will drive revenue growth for an insurance agency by identifying new corporate opportunities and managing existing accounts. This full‑time position reports to the Insurance Agency Manager within the Sales and Marketing department.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed defined sales targets.
- Present insurance products and services to potential corporate clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Deliver high‑quality customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Keep accurate sales records, generate reports, and communicate client feedback to internal teams.
- Monitor industry trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Required profile
- Proven experience in corporate sales or account management.
- Strong negotiation, organizational and detail‑oriented abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently and meet deadlines.
