Sales Staff – Insurance Agency

About the role

The Insurance Agency is looking for a motivated Sales Staff member to join its team in Kampala. This full-time, on-site position focuses on acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and driving revenue growth for the agency.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential insurance clients.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall agency growth.
• Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.
• Assist in developing and refining sales strategies.

Required profile

• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Proven track record of generating leads and closing sales deals.
• Basic understanding of advertising and marketing principles.
• Effective time-management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-service orientation with a focus on long-term relationships.
• Experience working with sales targets and delivering results.
• Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
