About the role
The role focuses on performing second‑tier deliveries according to a planned routing schedule while maintaining safety standards. You will operate company delivery vehicles, ensure accurate order handling and support inventory reconciliation at each point of contact.
Key responsibilities
- Operate 2nd Tier delivery vehicles and legally drive company trucks.
- Inspect trucks and trailers using the vehicle checklist, record oil, water levels and any damages.
- Deliver orders on the scheduled route and verify inventory matches orders at departure and collection points.
- Maintain a safe, healthy, risk‑free working environment and follow DPO Safety Pillar guidelines.
Required profile
- Grade 12 education.
- 2–3 years of stock control experience, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Valid, unendorsed Heavy Duty vehicle licence.
Required skills
- Sound knowledge of SAP R3 system.
- Advanced knowledge of SAP systems.
