Emergency Nurse

About the role

The Emergency Nurse will lead the rescue and training services at AAR, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee rescue activities, enforce protocols, and maintain equipment readiness.
• Manage duty rotas, staff allocation, and control expenses and revenues.
• Maintain monthly rescue statistics, prepare invoices promptly, and ensure timely reporting of incidents.
• Lead staff development, conduct interviews, appraise performance, and chair departmental meetings.
• Drive business development, achieve revenue targets, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Diploma in Nursing (required); Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is an advantage.
• Completed training in Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• Experience supervising ambulance nurses and drivers, with strong leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Blood Transfusion Life Support (BTLF) certification.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
