Executive Sales Representative

About the role

The Executive Sales Representative will drive revenue growth for our insurance services in Kampala. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on acquiring new business, managing a sales pipeline, and delivering tailored proposals to both prospective and existing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business leads across the insurance market.
• Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to contract signing.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure seamless hand‑over to delivery teams.
• Collaborate with account management and marketing to develop integrated client solutions.
• Track sales performance, maintain accurate records in CRM, and report market insights.

Required profile

• Proven track record in sales, business development, or client‑facing roles.
• Experience in advertising, marketing, media, or related services is advantageous.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Analytical mindset to interpret market trends and client needs.
• Ability to work on‑site in Kampala and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Relevant education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
