About the role
Sanlam Allianz Uganda is hiring a full-time, on-site Bancassurance Sales Officer in Kampala. You will work within the bank to help clients find the right insurance products to protect their assets and their futures.
Key responsibilities
- Sell insurance products to bank customers
- Build strong relationships with bank staff and customers
- Meet sales targets
- Understand client needs and recommend the right insurance solutions
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in a business-related field
- Certificate of Proficiency (COP) or Certificate in Insurance (CIU) highly preferred
Required skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
