Fleet Supervisor

About the role

The Fleet Supervisor ensures safe, efficient, and organized vehicle traffic across the property while providing excellent guest service. Reporting to the manager or supervisor, you will document incidents, manage parking operations, and support the hospitality team in delivering a seamless experience for guests and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Document all vehicle incidents and prepare incident reports for management.
• Review shift logs and daily memo books to maintain accurate records.
• Provide guests with directions, property amenity information, and local area guidance.
• Monitor and direct vehicle traffic on the property to ensure legal parking and smooth flow.
• Communicate parking procedures to guests and visitors.
• Arrange and record advance transportation requests for guests and visitors.
• Maintain security of vehicles and vehicle keys, and report any security concerns.
• Inspect property vehicles and monitor parking areas for safety and compliance.
• Assist management with training, scheduling, evaluating, disciplining, and motivating staff.
• Follow company policies, report accidents or unsafe conditions, and complete required safety training.
• Welcome guests, address service needs, and assist individuals with disabilities.
• Answer telephone calls using professional etiquette and maintain accurate written documentation.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
