About the role
We are looking for a GA Field Supervisor to lead the execution of sales functions for client products at the store level across a designated territory. The role focuses on achieving sales turnover targets while ensuring product availability and cost efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and agreed KPIs for the assigned territory.
- Drive operational excellence and monitor new innovations.
- Engage with stakeholders and manage promotional activities.
- Prepare business reports, analyse data and provide actionable insights.
- Ensure maximum product availability at all times while minimizing costs.
- Lead and develop the field team, fostering effective teamwork and self‑management.
Required profile
- Degree or higher in Sales & Marketing or a related field.
- 2‑3 years or more experience in the FMCG industry as a senior sales representative.
- Proven experience as a team leader or supervisor within FMCG sales.
- Strong sales management, communication (verbal & written) and analytical abilities.
- Attention to detail and leadership capabilities.
