About the role
Mestil Hotel & Residences in Kampala is looking for a service-oriented and personable Guest Relations Executive to deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold high standards of hospitality. The role serves as the primary point of contact for guests, from arrival to departure, anticipating needs, resolving concerns and exceeding expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for guests across the property throughout their stay.
- Build meaningful connections and deliver excellent service at every stage of the guest journey.
- Anticipate guest needs, resolve concerns and create seamless, memorable stays.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Professional, attentive and passionate about creating memorable guest experiences.
