Insurance Sales Staff

About the role

The Insurance Sales Staff member will work within the Sales and Marketing department of an insurance agency. Reporting to the Insurance Agency Manager, the role focuses on using consultative sales techniques and marketing strategies to generate new business and close sales.

Key responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and sales opportunities through market research and outreach.
• Apply consultative sales methods to understand client needs and propose suitable insurance solutions.
• Negotiate terms and close sales agreements under the guidance of the sales manager.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns that support sales objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
