Logistics Service Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Service Coordinator to manage order processing, transportation planning and shipment follow‑up. The role ensures accurate documentation, timely reporting and smooth cooperation with subcontractors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage order processing, planning, booking and transportation orders.
• Coordinate shipment follow‑up and maintain documentation, filing and invoicing.
• Conduct freight audit and provide internal and external shipment feedback via mail and EDI.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and report non‑conformances according to KPI targets.
• Collaborate with approved subcontractors at agreed rates.
• Handle end‑to‑end processing of received orders and ensure punctual, flawless documentation.
• Report status and performance to the Team Leader.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate; logistics experience (especially ocean/air freight) is a plus.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Strong initiative, organizational sense and attention to detail.
• Fast learner, team player, ready to start ASAP.
