Fuel & Water Bowser Driver (CBI-Driver 2)

About the role

The Fuel & Water Bowser Driver is responsible for managing all aspects of contractor fuel and water bowser operations on site. This role ensures safe, efficient, and timely refueling of plant equipment and generators while complying with project policies and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the fuel bowser, dispense fuel according to equipment specifications, maintain fuel logs, and perform daily fuel level checks.
• Conduct daily inspections of the bowser and associated equipment (tires, brakes, hoses, nozzles, pumps) and report any mechanical issues.
• Maintain strict control over fuel issuance to prevent waste, spills, or theft and follow grounding procedures to avoid static discharge.
• Manage water bowser operations, coordinate dust suppression activities, inspect pumps, pressure systems, tanks, and spray bars, and keep records of water usage.
• Report faults or breakdowns promptly, adhere to HSE requirements, and participate in daily safety briefings.
