Medical Sales & Business Development Executive – B2B Healthcare

About the role

The Medical Sales & Business Development Executive will expand CLF Medical’s B2B customer base by building strong relationships with healthcare decision‑makers, managing institutional sales pipelines, and navigating both private hospital procurement and public sector tender processes across Uganda.

Key responsibilities

• Spend ~70% of time in the field engaging hospitals, clinics, laboratories and other healthcare institutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with procurement managers, medical directors, clinic owners, laboratory managers and clinical leadership teams.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations, matching clinical requirements to CLF Medical’s portfolio of respiratory care, diagnostic equipment, medical devices and consumables.
• Create and grow recurring revenue through regular supply agreements and monthly ordering schedules for consumables.
• Identify, prepare and manage tender submissions and institutional procurement opportunities within Uganda’s electronic procurement ecosystem.

Required profile

• Highly motivated with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Good understanding of medical equipment, diagnostics and consumables.
• Ability to translate clinical needs into practical healthcare solutions.
• Field‑oriented, comfortable with extensive travel across Uganda and regional hubs.
