About the role
Donswift Company Limited is hiring an Operations Manager in Kampala for its retail clothing business. The role oversees daily operations across the store, warehouse, e-commerce, customer service and fulfilment, and supports scaling through standardised processes.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across store, warehouse, e-commerce, customer service and fulfilment.
- Build and maintain SOPs, accountability structures and reporting frameworks to support scaling.
- Manage operational staff, including performance reviews and building a high-performance culture.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in an operations management role within a structured, fast-paced retail or e-commerce environment, promoting and marketing similar products.
- Strong natural leadership ability and maturity.
