Procurement Officer

About the role

The Procurement Officer will support A&M Executive Cleaning Services by managing the end‑to‑end purchasing process for cleaning and hospitality supplies. This role ensures that quality materials are sourced at competitive prices while maintaining strong relationships with vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, organize and prioritize requisition requests from internal departments.
• Source quality materials, evaluate suppliers and negotiate best pricing.
• Prepare Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) and obtain necessary approvals.
• Place orders, track deliveries and ensure timely receipt of goods.
• Coordinate with store teams for monthly stock‑takes and generate inventory reports.
• Provide accurate information for quotation preparation and cost analysis.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience (minimum 24 months) in procurement or supply chain.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities with basic accounting knowledge.
• Understanding of procurement best practices, vendor evaluation and contract management.
• Ability to manage multiple requests under tight deadlines.
• High integrity, accountability and compliance with company policies.
• Effective communication and coordination with operations and finance teams.
