Relationship Officer Intern (Marketing & Loan Management)

About the role

This internship offers a hands‑on experience in relationship management within a BPO environment serving the banking, finance and insurance sector. You will support both prospective and existing clients, helping them find suitable solutions while gaining exposure to loan monitoring and collections.

Key responsibilities

• Identify client needs and match them with appropriate products and services.
• Monitor loan accounts, follow up on repayments and support timely collections.
• Assist in delinquency management to keep risk exposure within acceptable limits.
• Provide excellent customer service to build loyalty and enhance the company’s reputation.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to drive business growth.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic and eager to learn, with no prior experience required.
• Strong interest in finance, banking or insurance services.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
