Sales Agent – Insurance Services

About the role

We are looking for dynamic Sales Agents to join our insurance agency. In this role you will drive new business, promote our insurance and training solutions, and build lasting relationships with both prospective and existing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the insurance market.
• Contact leads, present tailored solutions, and explain insurance and training offerings.
• Negotiate terms, close sales, and achieve assigned targets.
• Provide excellent customer service, handle client inquiries, and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to support business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills with the ability to build trust.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or service‑based environments.
• Ability to learn and explain business planning, advertising, and development services.
• Basic proficiency with CRM tools or spreadsheets for tracking leads and opportunities.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field is an advantage.
• Experience in the Kampala market or familiarity with local business practices is beneficial.
