Sales and Marketing Intern

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time, on‑site Sales and Marketing Intern to join our team in Kampala. You will work closely with the sales and marketing departments to support customer engagement initiatives, help drive sales, and assist in creating marketing materials.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and support client interactions.
• Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Assist in preparing and delivering training sessions for sales team members.
• Help produce marketing collateral and promotional content.
• Support brand promotion and business development goals.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities, with experience or interest in sales and sales management.
• Enthusiasm for learning and helping organise training programmes.
• Excellent organisational and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications; familiarity with marketing and sales tools is a plus.
• Currently enrolled in, or recent graduate of, a degree program in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Motivated, detail‑oriented and customer‑first attitude.
