About the role
The Insurance Agency is looking for a Sales and Marketing Representative to drive business growth through consultative selling. You will work under the guidance of the sales manager to identify prospects, negotiate terms and close sales opportunities within the insurance sector.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients using consultative sales techniques.
- Present insurance products and services tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate terms, prepare proposals and close sales deals.
- Collaborate with the sales manager to develop and execute marketing initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Required profile
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any business-related field.
- Strong communication abilities to engage with clients effectively.
- Interest in the insurance industry and willingness to learn product details.
