Sales Associate – Insurance Solutions

About the role

The Insurance Agency is looking for a full‑time Sales Associate to join its Sales and Marketing team in Kampala. You will work on‑site, engaging both prospective and existing clients to present annuity and life assurance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new leads, follow up on inquiries and schedule client meetings.
• Present product features, benefits and suitability of annuity and life assurance options.
• Prepare proposals, process applications and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and coordinate with underwriting and customer service teams.
• Participate in sales campaigns, trainings and performance reviews while working toward individual and team targets.

Required profile

• Strong sales, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities with an ethical, client‑centric approach.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, able to explain financial products clearly.
• Organizational and time‑management skills to handle leads, meetings and documentation.
• Basic financial literacy and willingness to learn about annuity and life assurance products.
• Ability to work on‑site in Kampala and thrive in a target‑driven environment.
