Sales Executive – B2B Beauty & FMCG (Uganda)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive B2B growth for a premium beauty brand in Uganda. You will be responsible for acquiring new retail, salon and distribution partners while nurturing existing relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pitch and onboard new B2B clients such as retailers, salons, distributors and beauty shops.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to create compelling client presentations.
• Conduct regular field visits, follow‑ups and provide exceptional customer service to existing accounts.
• Monitor client payments, manage credit control and ensure accurate account records.
• Plan and execute territory routes, maintain an up‑to‑date customer database, and maximise market coverage.
• Track product performance, stock levels and coordinate replenishment with distributors.
• Gather competitor insights and report daily/weekly sales activity to the Sales Director.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of FMCG sales experience in beauty, cosmetics or skincare.
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce or a related field (diploma accepted with strong experience).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in field sales, retail distribution and managing modern & general trade channels.
• Professional appearance, confident communication and ability to represent a premium brand.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using CRM or sales‑tracking tools.
