Franchise Partner – Manage and Grow Territory

About the role

The Franchise Partner will lead a Yookatale franchise territory in Kampala, combining on‑site and remote work to deliver high‑quality food services to home and commercial clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow the assigned franchise territory, overseeing daily operations.
• Implement Yookatale’s brand and operating standards.
• Coordinate local marketing activities and drive sales performance.
• Handle finances, budgeting, cash‑flow management and reporting.
• Recruit, train and support local staff or partners.
• Build relationships with suppliers and customers while ensuring compliance with franchise agreements and regulations.

Required profile

• Strong franchising and ownership experience, preferably managing a business unit or franchise.
• Proven ability to train and develop teams.
• Finance and basic accounting competence, including budgeting and cash‑flow management.
• Sales and customer‑relationship expertise, such as prospecting, negotiation and retention.
• Experience in food, retail or service sectors in Uganda or similar markets.
• Excellent organization, problem‑solving and communication skills; ability to work independently in a hybrid setting.
• Comfort with digital tools and mobile platforms and willingness to learn Yookatale’s systems.
