Sales Executive – Hygiene Products (2 positions)

About the role

Chil Ai Lab is looking for two energetic Sales Executives to lead the promotion and distribution of hygiene products in schools and health facilities across Uganda. The role focuses on building institutional partnerships, driving product adoption, and supporting community‑focused hygiene initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell hygiene products to schools, colleges and healthcare facilities.
• Establish and maintain relationships with administrators, procurement teams and health‑care managers.
• Identify new institutional sales opportunities and develop partnership pipelines.
• Conduct product presentations and hygiene‑awareness sessions.
• Achieve assigned sales and distribution targets.
• Coordinate order processing, deliveries and post‑sale follow‑ups.
• Prepare regular sales activity and performance reports.
• Support market activation and hygiene campaigns as needed.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Public Health or a related field.
• Experience in institutional, FMCG, pharmaceutical or healthcare product sales is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently, travel for field activities and meet deadlines.
• Passion for improving hygiene, health and community outcomes.
