About the role
The Sales Executive role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Kampala. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage a portfolio of clients and provide tailored insurance solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect new clients, conduct sales meetings and presentations, and prepare proposals and quotations.
- Follow up leads to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records, generate performance reports and collaborate with internal teams for service delivery.
Required profile
- Demonstrated ability in sales and business development, including prospecting, negotiating and closing deals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building long‑term client relationships.
- Good organisational and time‑management skills, able to handle multiple leads and accounts.
- Proactive, goal‑oriented mindset and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Required skills
- Basic computer tools and familiarity with CRM or sales‑tracking systems.
