Sales Executive – Insurance

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Kampala is for a Sales Executive within an insurance agency. You will drive new business, nurture client relationships, and create sales strategies that exceed targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients in the insurance and financial services market.
• Deliver compelling presentations and negotiate contracts.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and adapt sales approaches accordingly.
• Track sales performance against targets and report results.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, business development, and relationship management.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Analytical thinking, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Knowledge or experience with financial products, insurance or related fields.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Previous sales experience in financial services is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related discipline is advantageous.
