Sales & Partnerships Executive

About the role

Prepared Finance is seeking a confident and persuasive Sales & Partnerships Executive to expand institutional partnerships and drive sales growth. The role focuses on converting opportunities into real business growth through relationship building, follow‑ups, and partnership development.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential partners and clients across schools, SACCOs, NGOs, businesses, and other institutions.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with institutional stakeholders.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries and coordinate partnership discussions.
• Present and promote Prepared Finance products and services to prospective partners.
• Support sales campaigns, outreach initiatives and coordinate meetings.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and contribute to revenue growth.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in pitching ideas and presenting to diverse audiences.
• Experience in sales or partnership development is an advantage.
• Ability to negotiate, follow through consistently and meet targets.
• Self‑driven, target‑oriented mindset with passion for impact‑driven work.
