Sales Professional – International Trade Finance (Kampala)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Professional to join our team in Kampala and drive growth in international trade finance. You will work directly with prospective and existing clients, presenting tailored financial solutions that support cross‑border commerce.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the trade‑finance market.
• Conduct client meetings, prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.
• Follow up on leads, maintain accurate records of all sales activities, and meet defined sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and timely resolution of inquiries.
• Stay informed about market trends and continuously improve sales approaches.

Required profile

• Strong sales and client‑relationship abilities with a proven track record of closing deals.
• Interest or knowledge of international trade finance, banking, or financial services.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both spoken and written.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Team‑player who works reliably on‑site and respects diverse colleagues and clients.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or equivalent practical experience.
