Sales Staff – Insurance Agency

About the role

The Sales Staff role is a full-time, on-site position based in Central. It involves identifying prospective clients, presenting agency services, and tailoring advertising solutions to meet client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a sales pipeline and follow up on leads.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of campaigns.
• Track sales performance against targets.
• Attend client meetings, networking events, and market activities to generate new business.

Required profile

• Strong sales, negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
• Organizational and time‑management capabilities to handle multiple leads and reporting duties.
• Comfort using office productivity tools and CRM/sales tracking systems.
• Prior experience in sales, customer service or account management, preferably in advertising.
• Ability to work on‑site in Central, collaborate with diverse teams and thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
