Senior Client Executive – Corporate & Specialty

About the role

OLEA Uganda is seeking a dynamic, results‑driven Senior Client Executive to join its Corporate and Specialty team. You will manage and grow a portfolio of corporate and specialty clients, deliver tailored risk solutions and build long‑term partnerships that add value for both clients and the business.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and implement department strategy based on market needs, trends and internal product offerings.
• Manage a portfolio of large, complex local and multinational clients.
• Identify cross‑selling and new‑business opportunities.
• Provide technical advice and make informed recommendations leveraging product expertise.
• Maintain relationships to ensure overall service needs are met.
• Support claims advocacy and resolution processes.
• Mentor and develop junior colleagues.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Professional Insurance Qualification (ITC, CII or ANZIF).
• 3–5 years’ experience in insurance, broking, underwriting or corporate insurance.
• Strong understanding of insurance products and market practices.
• Excellent client relationship and account‑management abilities.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation and relationship‑management skills.
• Analytical, proactive and problem‑solving mindset.
