About the role
Asili farms Masindi Ltd is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead its finance function, ensuring robust financial controls and accurate reporting across the organization. The role involves overseeing month‑end and year‑end close processes, managing fixed assets, and supporting audit activities within an agricultural environment.
Key responsibilities
- Enforce financial controls and ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Lead the timely and accurate preparation of monthly and periodic financial statements.
- Oversee month‑end and year‑end closing activities, including accounting stock counts.
- Manage fixed assets accounting and related reporting.
- Prepare and present financial reports for management review.
- Coordinate external audit of year‑end financial statements.
- Maintain and improve internal control frameworks.
- Provide leadership and supervision to the finance team.
