Senior Project Manager (Software & ERP Projects)

About the role

TricSoft is looking for a highly organised, proactive and results-oriented Senior Project Manager to strengthen project execution, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and make sure client projects are delivered on time, within scope and to the required quality standards. The role covers software development projects and ERP implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects: detailed plans, work breakdown structures, schedules and milestones, with clear owners, deadlines and outcomes; monitor progress and mitigate delivery risks early.
• Coordinate software developers, QA personnel, business analysts and domain experts, assign responsibilities, track commitments and resolve bottlenecks and dependencies.
• Act as the main link between clients and internal teams, communicate progress and risks, manage client expectations and organise meetings and follow-ups.
• Manage software development and ERP projects: requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment and support, working with technical leads on progress, integrations and UAT.
• Ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria, track defects, change requests and dependencies, and maintain documentation, risk registers and issue logs.
• Produce regular status reports, use project management tools for real-time visibility and track performance by milestones, schedule adherence, task closure and defect resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, Project Management or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience managing technology, software development or ERP implementation projects.
• Proven experience coordinating technical teams and delivering on agreed timelines.
• Strong planning, organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills, plus excellent communication and reporting skills.

Required skills

• Practical understanding of Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall.
• Project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Trello, Asana or Microsoft Project.
• Advantages: ERP implementation experience, exposure to regulated industries or quality management systems, knowledge of software testing and UAT, and certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or Scrum Master.
