Senior Sales Executive – Fitness & Wellness Partnerships

About the role

MR Health Africa is seeking a results‑driven Senior Sales Executive to build high‑impact partnerships with Kampala’s premium gyms and group‑fitness studios. This is a focused 2‑month engagement where you will connect health‑screening services with fitness venues, enabling members to book diagnostics via a QR code and earn commissions for partners.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and shortlist premium gyms and group‑class studios that match the target profile.
• Approach owners, general managers, or head instructors to secure partnership agreements.
• Coordinate the installation and verification of MR Health QR codes and promotional standees.
• Brief instructors on how to promote the service to their members.
• Track bookings generated by each partner and maintain active engagement.

Required profile

• Existing relationships within Kampala’s premium gym and group‑fitness community.
• Experience teaching or having taught Zumba, Yoga, or Aerobics across multiple venues.
• Background in distributing, selling, or servicing gyms (e.g., supplements, equipment, maintenance).
• Ability to close partnership deals quickly and manage short‑term projects.
