Senior School Support Officer – School Network

About the role

PEAS is seeking an AI Innovation Officer to develop and embed AI tools that enhance support for schools, teachers and partners across multiple countries. You will prototype new solutions, integrate AI into daily workflows, and help build a culture where teams use AI confidently to increase impact.

Key responsibilities

• Prototype AI tools and automations to improve efficiency and decision‑making.
• Embed AI into organisational workflows across teams.
• Identify and test new AI tools and platforms.
• Support adoption and build internal capability around AI.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience building with AI tools and workflow automation.
• Ability to quickly prototype and iterate based on user feedback.
• Clear communication with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Passion for using AI to drive real‑world impact in education.

Required skills

• Salary £26,000 – £36,000 dependent on experience and location.
