About the role

SMARTEC ELECTRONICS LTD is looking for a creative professional to produce high‑quality visual content that showcases its multi‑brand inventory and store experience. You will work on‑site in Kampala, creating videos and photos that drive engagement across digital and social channels.

Key responsibilities

• Shoot premium product showcase videos, unboxing reels, store walk‑throughs and customer testimonial clips.
• Edit video footage with colour grading, sound design, text overlays and trending audio transitions.
• Capture clean, high‑resolution lifestyle and studio product photographs for catalogs and social media.
• Provide real‑time photo and video coverage for store launches and brand events.
• Maintain and care for the company’s camera kits, lighting setups, microphones and stabilization rigs.
• Organise and back up digital media libraries for easy access by the marketing team.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience (minimum 24 months) in videography and photography.
• Ability to work onsite in Kampala and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
