职位概况
负责乌干达标杆文创园区的整体运营与活动体系搭建，统筹商业招商、品牌流量打造及业务生态赋能，实现园区从人气提升到商业变现的全周期落地。
主要职责
- 全域日常管理、场景动线优化、环境运维及品牌形象统一。
- 搭建周/月/节庆三级活动体系，策划文创市集、艺术展览、才艺赛事、亲子体验等活动。
- 统筹博物馆、艺术画廊、图书馆等文化业态的常态化运营。
- 运营咖啡、可可、本地手串等特色亲子工坊，实现文化体验与产品变现。
- 打造网红打卡场景，运营本地社交传播矩阵，提升园区曝光度。
- 联动集团科技、维修、出行等线下业务，实现人流向消费及业务增量转化。
