Associate, Business Development and Strategic Partnerships

About the role

Lucid is seeking a Business Development and Partnerships Analyst to identify and establish new business partnerships and support corporate strategy development. The role involves market analysis, strategic evaluation, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and establish new business partnerships while supporting corporate strategy development.
• Conduct market analysis and industry research to keep stakeholders informed of trends.
• Identify, monitor, and evaluate companies of strategic relevance to Lucid.
• Perform business case analysis and present reports with key results and recommendations.
• Create presentation materials, participate in external meetings, and maintain business development tracking tools and databases.
• Work cross‑functionally with engineering, finance, and other teams to meet business objectives.

Required profile

• Passion for transforming the automotive and mobility industry.
• Excellent critical thinking, research, and analytical capabilities.
• Financial knowledge with ability to read income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Self‑starter attitude, high attention to detail, and ability to work with ambiguity.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and independent problem‑solving skills.
• 3+ years of experience in business development, corporate development, market or equity research, management consulting, or corporate finance.

Required skills

• Strong familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite of products.
