About the role

Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) at R&R Collaborative Therapy Services provide clinical leadership in developing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans. In this role you will conduct assessments, design evidence‑based interventions, and collaborate closely with autism specialists, RBTs, therapists, and caregivers to support meaningful client progress.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight of individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct behavioral assessments and design evidence‑based interventions.
• Collaborate with autism specialists, RBTs, therapists, and caregivers across home, clinic, and community settings.
• Guide implementation of therapy programs while ensuring ethical and effective practices.
• Mentor team members, support caregiver education, and help families understand the reasons behind behavior.

Required profile

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Demonstrated experience in clinical leadership and autism‑focused therapy.
