Branch Supervisor & Customer Relationship Officer

About the role

Ramcogas is looking for a proactive, customer‑focused professional to manage its Entebbe retail branch. You will oversee daily operations, lead a small team, and drive business growth while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new business opportunities, meeting or exceeding monthly performance targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring 100% satisfaction and timely resolution of complaints.
• Oversee branch operations including product restocking, order dispatch, and ensuring orders are delivered within one hour of placement.
• Manage branch staff, monitor punctuality and attendance, and report any disciplinary issues.
• Handle cash, reconcile daily sales, process payments via POS, and ensure accurate banking of funds.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher qualification.
• Proven experience in retail sales or customer‑relationship roles.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage day‑to‑day operations independently.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Competent use of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
