Customs Clearance Specialist

About the role
We are looking for a Customs Clearance Specialist to manage the end‑to‑end customs processes for our import and export operations. The role ensures that all shipments comply with local regulations and are cleared efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and submit customs declarations for import and export goods.
- Coordinate inspections and liaise with customs, inspection agencies and other government bodies.
- Review declaration documents for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Resolve abnormal issues that arise during the clearance process to avoid delays.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records and data related to customs clearance activities.
Required profile
- Degree or higher, preferably in Logistics Management or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in customs clearance or declaration.
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations, policies and operational procedures.
- Excellent communication, coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with customs declaration systems.
- Competence in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
