Field Sales & Marketing Executive (Agriculture Equipment)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, self‑motivated Field Sales & Marketing Executive to promote agricultural equipment, machinery and generators across assigned territories. You will generate leads, build strong customer relationships, and drive sales growth through on‑site demonstrations and customer education.

Key responsibilities

• Visit farms, dealers, industrial and institutional customers regularly to generate leads and close sales.
• Educate customers on product features, benefits and proper usage.
• Conduct field demonstrations and advise on best operational practices.
• Collect market intelligence, competitor activity and customer feedback.
• Record daily activities, visits and leads in the Odoo CRM system.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and support regional business growth.
• Participate in exhibitions, fairs and local promotional events as needed.
• Coordinate with logistics, service and internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Agriculture, Mechanical Engineering, Agribusiness, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of field sales experience, preferably in agriculture, equipment, machinery or generator sectors.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
• Willingness to travel extensively across rural, semi‑urban and urban areas.
• Self‑driven, target‑oriented and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Odoo CRM (or similar CRM tools).
• Basic proficiency with smartphones and mobile applications.
