Front Office & Sales Attendant – Guest Services & Bar

About the role

Luna Park is seeking a reliable and energetic Front Office & Sales Attendant to be the first point of contact for guests at its Kyankwanzi location. You will combine reception duties with beverage sales and bar service, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage front‑desk reception, handle guest check‑ins and provide customer service.
• Sell and serve soft and cold drinks at the counter.
• Handle cash, maintain daily sales accountability and record transactions.
• Operate the POS system and enter sales data into the computer software.
• Control stock levels for shop items and beverages.
• Keep the reception/shop area clean, tidy and presentable.
• Represent Luna Park as the friendly face of the venue.

Required profile

• Responsible, well‑presented and warm hospitality skills.

• Willingness to relocate on‑site.
