About the role

Kura Asset Managers is seeking a full‑time Independent Financial Advisor to join its team in Mbarara. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement, combining office presence with remote work.

Key responsibilities

  • Meet with clients to understand their financial goals and current situation.
  • Develop tailored financial plans and investment strategies, including retirement planning.
  • Analyze market trends, review portfolios, and prepare proposals and reports.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

  • Strong background in financial planning and retirement planning.
  • Solid understanding of finance, investments, asset allocation, risk management, and portfolio construction.
  • Proven experience in financial advisory and wealth management.
  • Relevant academic background in finance, economics, business or related field; certifications such as CFP or CFA are a plus.
