Insurance Salesperson

About the role

The Insurance Agency is seeking a full‑time Salesperson to work on‑site in Kampala. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, building lasting relationships, and driving sales of our insurance and promotional services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and engage potential clients.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Demonstrate insurance products and promotional offerings.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet targets.
• Generate leads and conduct sales presentations.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s marketing and promotional services.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Experience in sales, client relationship management, and negotiation.
• Knowledge of advertising, marketing, and promotional strategies.
• Proven track record of developing and executing sales plans.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented with solid organisational and time‑management skills.
• Professional demeanor and excellent presentation skills.
• Prior experience in a similar role and familiarity with the local market is an advantage.
• Educational background in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
